Privacy notice

Last updated 26 July 2026. This page describes what is true of this website today. If anything changes, this page changes with it.

The short version

This website asks you for one thing: your email address, and only if you choose to ask for the workshop notebook. We use it to send you the notebook and to tell you when a new piece is made. We do not sell it, we do not rent it, and we do not pass it to advertisers.

Who is responsible

LATIDO — Ciudad de México, México.

You can reach us at admin@latidocollection.com for anything on this page.

What we collect, and only that

We do not ask for your name, your postal address, your telephone number or any payment details on this site. There is no checkout here.

Why we may use it, and on what basis

Who else can see it

Nobody else. We do not use advertising networks, data brokers or lead-buying services.

Where it goes

Your address may be stored on servers outside your own country, including in the United States and in Switzerland. Where the law requires safeguards for such a transfer, we rely on the standard contractual protections our providers publish.

How long we keep it

We keep your address until you ask us to remove it, or until you unsubscribe. When that happens we delete it from our list and from the form records.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it. Write to admin@latidocollection.com and we will answer. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.

Children

This site is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect the details of a child.

Tracking

There is no analytics tool, no advertising pixel and no tracker on this website today, and it sets no cookies. See the cookie page for the detail. If that ever changes, this page and the cookie page will say so before it happens.

To confirm with Lucía

TO CONFIRM — the public contact address for privacy requests (today: admin@latidocollection.com), whether the postal address above is the one she wants shown publicly, and which country's data protection law she wants named as the governing one.
